HumansDamn scum! Why can't those who got infected all die, they shouldn't exist, they're wrong!
The most numerous race these are the people who haven't been infected. Many of them hate those who have been infected and changed by the virus. Why? Because they fear them. As the most numerous of the types of character their numbers are dwindling. They are able to catch the virus easily, though some are weaker then others.
In this roleplay they are the majority type in the town so far. However on a worldwide scale humanity is dieing out. This is partly what makes the infected so hated. They are blamed for the spread of the virus, even though eventually it will spread everywhere. Not only is it passed on by contact between people infected to none infected - indeed this is the least often filled option (contrary to popular belief), BLISS is also spread through the air.
As the roleplay moves on expect humans to go on the ban list more and more frequently. Humans can become Scientists or Enforcers.

SurvivorWhen BLISS first takes you, you don't feel anything. Then you remember nothing but white light. If your unlucky you wake up.
Survivors are the term used for the humans who were infected by the BLISS virus but were lucky (or unlucky enough depending on how you viewed it) to survive the initial stages. All of the survivors have some form of power or mutation to them that can make it immediately obvious that they have been infected.
They are a persecuted group, with many enemies and few people willing to risk being seen with them if they're normal. They have to be wary as Scientists are more then willing to poke and prod at them, and enforcers. Well any Survivor who meets an enforcer invariably wishes they'd never survived.
At the beginning of the rp they are a limited character type and will more then likely face frequent bans to ensure that from the start humanity is stronger. It is possible to become a Survivor during the course of the roleplay.

ScientistI remember that they'd poke and prod at us, not caring if we felt pain or not. We weren't human to them, our pain didn't matter
The scientists. Those trying to understand and fix what happened in the Japan disaster. They may appear generally cold and cruel to the survivors but some are all right. However if your a survivor who gets on the wrong end of a scientists attention - as in a study subject - don't expect the best treatment.
To a scientist survivors are merely something to run tests on, and to experiment on. Many humans become scientists by greed, to gain the bounty of being the successful scientist to discover a vaccination against BLISS. Of course working around BLISS infected people its also normally the scientists who grow infected. Rumour has it, that even some scientists themselves manage to disguise their powers, disguise being infected, and carry on their work.
A human is most likely to become a scientist, but they have to be intelligent. Scientists sometimes work alongside Enforcers.

EnforcersI remember the Enforcers. They were tall muscle bound and dangerous. They'd sooner spit in your eye and beat you to a pulp in the name of protecting the people then look at you
Enforcers are the ones who feel they are protecting humanity from the deadly spread of the evil BLISS Virus. They are often brutish and often hate the survivors the most, signing up really only to be able to legally beat those who they view as inferior to pulp. While they preach about protecting those who deserve it, really they are bullying types.
They often work with scientists to help keep their experiments under control. However some have even formed small groups banding together to create crime fighting groups forcing the afflicted Survivors to have to maintain strong curfews. If they're not inside by a certain time they quickly become free targets for the Enforcers. However even inside who says they're safe from attacks.
There has been more then one case of an enforcer or a gang of them attacking a house known to harbour a survivor in. This can mean anything from intimidating and yelling abuse or graffiti or even smashing windows and damaging anything they can. Enforcers are the thugs of the whole operations, always human they don't have to be intelligent - indeed the more they can just follow a crowd or instruction without question the better.
